INDUSTRIAL LOFTS

Combination of industrial and modern - to have a spacious industrial loft under one roof, a sleek glazed modern suite with open views of Sněžka, all with the flavour of a mountain chalet, is a combination that is not repeated elsewhere.

We will preserve the maximum of the existing - the original structures, surfaces and rustic imperfections of the old factory. We have entrusted the challenging and specific conversion to world-renowned architects who approach the factory and the commission with openness, but with humility and sensitivity.

The industrial is great - it is impressive and architecturally very clean. All you have to do is to arrive in style, lean your bike against the wall, take a shower and go for a bike ride, to a restaurant or to one of the pools. 

The great thing about this factory is that each space has its own character. The white hall is like a temple - so are the studios. Another has a bit of a "dirty look" - fine for a breezy coffee-scented bistro, another is in retro turquoise with a splash of old pink - perfect for a restaurant. A "wet" flax spinning room with original enamel tiles (!) - a wonderful space for a black steel pool. And the one with the cast iron columns? Lofts, real lofts! Everything is pleasantly authentic and different from the other textiles, as it was originally a large steam mill - hence the uniqueness...
