For your amazing 21 lofts we have selected the best 3.490 m² of the main building. 2NP is ready, 3NP will be modified by slightly raising the original roof. And on top of that, a 400 sqm roof terrace with sauna and a viewing club area with an open fireplace, for relaxing or perhaps breakfast in your bathrobe. This area is only accessible to loft owners and staff. This also applies to the social club room with kitchen, billiards room and private cinema. That's because we value comfort and privacy... The surrounding park with mature trees ensures views from the ground floor of the lofts literally flooded with greenery, from the upper floor again to the surrounding mountains - Rýchory, Crow Mountains and of course Sněžka! From the roof terrace there are impressive 360° views of the entire surroundings, even to Poland.

Loft concept
There is a certain order and rawness - the loft space is 100x20m, over 7m high, with double columns of cast iron. The mass of the building has an archetypal cuboid shape with a classic gable roof and will be divided into individual lofts, each with two spacious floors, large windows and two to three terraces.
The building is already majestic and noble in its shape and volume, so we are not changing its appearance or the shape of the roof. The decorous extension will only add a touch of elegance and refinement to the original building. Everything new is calm, modern and stylish, with noble surfaces and a bit of glass.
The lofts and their terraces do not "see" each other, and access to the private 2nd floor is by owner's card only. The upper terraces have "railings" from the elevation of the existing perimeter wall, so they are also not visible at all from the surrounding area.
All lofts share a common hallway, two passenger elevators and a freight elevator for bikes and motorcycles. Each loft has its own covered parking.
