The generous entrance foyer between the buildings has an area of 340 m2, is entirely glazed and provides a pleasantly protected entrance to the buildings and movement between them. It is possible to park bicycles, relax, have a small snack, coffee, drinks, go to the fitness room or summer barbecue, etc. 

Next to the foyer, adjacent to the grill with fully equipped summer kitchen, is an outdoor seating area that will provide open romantic views north across the double-sided glass grill to our water lily pond and east to the meadows and pastures. It is generously spacious and will provide privacy and relaxed originality, ideal for undisturbed gatherings over good food and drink, for parties or other social occasions, or perhaps for hosting cookery workshops.

Each apartment is fully and well equipped and designed to reliably meet the high standards of the resort's four-star hotel capacity under the OREA Hotels & Resorts brand. 

Each suite has a private balcony with a south facing view, is airy, comfortable and very bright, with large floor to ceiling glazing. Thanks to the local clay plaster, it will provide an ideal indoor microclimate. 

In addition, some apartments are interconnected by sliding acoustic partitions, which is suitable for larger families.

On the building of the former substation there is a very pleasant viewing terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views down the valley or, conversely, across to the Rýchory forests.
